The role of a user can only be determined by a user with the Administrator role.
To access the list of users, the administrator must select the Admin menu > Users submenu
Within the Users table, the administrator can then edit the details of each user and change their role to suit the needs of the organisation.
Please note that changes to the user role may result in fee changes.
How can I connect to the mobile application if I am already a Cikisi web application user?
You just need to use the same login and password as those used to connect to the Cikisi web application. Note that there is no double authentication on the mobile.
