The different user roles within the Cikisi ecosystem

User Role: Administrator, Explorer, Analyst Duration: 10 min Objective: As an administrator, to know how to assign the right role to a user with access to your Cikisi environment. As a user, to know which modules you have access to.

The role of a user can only be determined by a user with the Administrator role.

 

To access the list of users, the administrator must select the Admin menu > Users submenu

 

Within the Users table, the administrator can then edit the details of each user and change their role to suit the needs of the organisation.

 

Please note that changes to the user role may result in fee changes.

    You just need to use the same login and password as those used to connect to the Cikisi web application. Note that there is no double authentication on the mobile.
